Giant Step Selected by ReelWorld for Online Experience Solution
TORONTO, ON, March 12, 2006 — Giant Step partnered with a major Film Festival for the second year in a row. The online engagement with the ReelWorld Film Festival will focus on the redesign of the festival’s website.
The site redesign will explore strategies for improving the customer experience including better understanding of customer needs and enhancing the richness of content and features on the site. Overall, the objective will be to improve both the revenue and brand loyalty for the ReelWorld Film Festival site.
